Fantastic course to explore how to harness emotions when building positive stakeholder relationships. Lots of practical tools, maps and guides to use - and not a 'woo woo' thing that might scare stakeholders off! Super practical and applicable.

This is a great course to introduce you to the Emotional Culture Deck and how broadly its application is - with employees, customers, stakeholders, partners, community. Not only do you get to learn some of the science behind emotions (which is always useful to share with others), but you get a set of tools to support your work, and the confidence to experiment.

I didn't think it was possible to be blown away again - I have invested a lot in the ECD already, but by doing this course I have had a rush of being blown away all over again. I also didn't think there was more you could do with this tool, but I am beginning to see this as a limitless, must have tool both for my own reflection, work with my team, leadership engagement, and now with customers, partners and stakeholders. Just simply bloody brilliant!

I loved this novel use of the ECD for working with stakeholders and partners, both internal and external. It has added another dimension to the toolset.

This course is a game changer for stakeholder and relationship management. I have always thought of myself as pretty good at this, but this will just up the game. I am not new to the ECD and I knew that of course the ECD could be used in this way, but I needed the approach, structure and tools that this course provided to fully understand how I would use it....and to actually see opportunities in my current work which I may not have seen. I had a number of a-ha moments around partnerships, emotional design, emotional values and more. Thank you once again team!

One of the key messages that struck me while doing this course was: "Emotions will shape partnerships and stakeholder experiences, whether we acknowledge them or not."
Given this, why would we not choose what these emotions are? This course explores so many beautiful ways that we can craft and create partnerships and experiences that are successful and that help the people involved thrive.
