Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We’ve sent our tools to over 70 countries so far (including remote places like Curaçao). No matter where you are, we’re excited to get our tools into your hands.

Shipping is fully tracked, and all duties and taxes are calculated upfront at checkout. You won’t receive any surprise customs bills or courier invoices after ordering. Everything is handled automatically.

How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on what you order, how fast you want it, and where in the world you are.

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from three tracked shipping options, depending on what you order:

• Free Shipping: 4–5 Weeks (Tracked, Duties & Taxes Included)
• Economy Shipping: 14–21 Days (Tracked, Duties & Taxes Included)
• Express Shipping: 5–7 Days (Tracked, Duties & Taxes Included)

All costs are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your location.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

No surprises. All import duties, taxes, and fees are calculated and paid at checkout. We use Zonos to power this — so what you see is what you pay. No invoices from DHL or customs after your order ships.

Who do you use for shipping?

We use DHL Express for the majority of international orders. If your location isn’t supported by DHL, we may use FedEx instead.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, all shipments are tracked. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

What if my tools don’t arrive?

While most shipments go smoothly, international delivery can occasionally experience delays due to customs, local carriers, or incomplete addresses. If something goes wrong, contact us — we’ll do everything we can to help resolve it.
