WHEN WILL MY DECKS ARRIVE?
The target for New Zealand Orders is 7 days from when you place your order. The target for international orders is 10-21 days from when you place your order.
In our experience, ten percent of shipments experience problems, such as hold-ups at customs, lost or damaged packages, incorrect addresses, receivers not available, or missing notifications. Such issues are beyond our scope of control which means we don't guarantee a certain delivery date. But we try our absolute best. TAXES & DUTIES
I am an International customer, how much duty will I have to pay?
Duties for customers residing outside of New Zealand will not be calculated until the parcel enters your Country. You will be invoiced by our shipping partner 'DHL' and will be liable for any duty charges applied to your order. All duties and taxes required are the responsibility of the customer.
If you live in the UK or Europe you will likely have to pay approx. 30% duty and import tax on your order. If you live in North America, you will only have to pay taxes if your order is over $800USD. You can use this link here as a reference for any taxes that may be applicable for your country.
