The course helped me immediately realize how powerful emotional culture actually is, shaping how people actually behave rather than just how they are supposed to according to the aspirations stated by the organization. I realized why, sometimes, me and my team found it hard to answer the question “how do you live our company’s values?” I also realized how neglected are sometimes the “feeling” aspects which could be a major cause of lack of empathy with all its consequences: lack of trust and psychological safety, low morale, poor communication. The combination of effective videos, self-study and virtual calls with great examples of how to use the tools is very well balanced, helping me cope with the busy schedule and learning at the same time. A portal with a wealth of information helps with tips, hints and answers to most of my questions.

My only piece of feedback is that the amount of resources out there can feel overwhelming at times. Also, the live calls that we have weekly are not that impactful. One of the facilitators tends to talk a bit more than I'd like and I wish we had more time to actually play and experience the deck in those calls.
