I am already a convert and passionate advocate for the ECD, and placed an order to boost my collection of card packs to use in group settings. I love having a pack on hand pretty much at all times, and now have a deck in each handbag / workbag!

I love the cards. They have helped me to have difficult conversations with people already. By attending to emotions first, we can get into a constructive mindset to solve problems and respect our shared humanity.

A fabulous resource for the toolkit.

We did a great exercise with our partners at PeopleEx and then decided to get some decks for our meeting rooms to try and imbed what we had done in our ED sessions. Love the decks.

I love my emotional culture deck cards they really help me in the work that I do with clients. They are high quality and very tactile, and instructions on how to use them are clear and easy to understand.

I loved the presentation of the info when it arrived. I was impressed with the packaging and how easy the instructions were to follow (yes I read the instructions!)
Thank you for the very kind gift enclosed also. I can't wait to use this approach with my clients and hope to attend the masterclass training in Marc 2025.
Thank you :)

It was a great service - but...
I had to pay extra customs fees - it would be great if you could consider the production of the decks in Europe so more coaches would use this wonderful tool - as well I needed the German version but with the custom fee I will use now my English version.
Hugs and great tool, again.

Great deck and really helpful for client conversations. A little over-complicated in my mind, but I've simplified the process down and it works well. Thank you.
Nina F.
My first encounter - used it with a leadership team I have been working with for a long time and just a short session brought more authentic sharing and a new level of insight to what was important to the individua leaders and collectively. Excited to bring this to my next workshop.

I’m at the beginning of my journey with the ECD. So far I’ve loved the training and the product. I tested it first with my husband and it generated some beautiful conversations in a way we hadn’t experienced. I’m now gearing up to use it to help develop culture in a new team. Here we go!

The Emotional Culture Deck is an absolutely amazing tool for supporting wonderful conversations about how we want to feel, feel but would rather not feel in all sorts of different situations and with powerful and beautiful questions to help conversations around our emotions at work and at home which give great impact and action to help us navigate both our posto e and more challenging emotions - it’s real beauty is that the user, teams can hack this deck in so many ways as needs require.
Brilliant for coaching, team building, family conversations and all bundled up as an ingenious card game!

Ran a session with a team of staff from across the MENA region for new leadership. Wonderful exercise to bring them together around the culture they want to create.

Exceptional use of digging deep quick to surface unmet needs and actionable ways of getting to the green.

Such a great tool for starting meaningful conversations. Through the Emotional Culture Deck, we can start to normalise emotions in the workplace and acknowledge what a vital role they play in our success.

I ran the Map your Emotional Culture workshop for a team at Lifeline Tasmania, and have provided them with a powerful document that sums up the values, emotions and behaviours they spoke about. It was great to be able to run this workshop and to see it in action in a real way. Such powerful conversations and I am excited to explore further opportunities into the future.

The ECD and there after the culture map enables the team to create a meaningful dialogue to enable to emotional culture that they desire. This has been a useful resource as a facilitator specially in continuous engagement to ensure that the team is working towards the desired actions also allows the team to review and acknowledge the changes that they are making.
Andrea J.
Facilitating with the emotional culture deck has been a rich experience for me. My work with leaders in collaborative conversations have seen a depth and authenticity that I was not able to experience before. The cards are an enabler for elders to open up authentically and engage in a conversational with emotional intelligence I see the power of dissociation that happens through the cards that allow for objective conversations with courageous authenticity. I am amazed my how a facilitation through the cards have allowed for some deep shifts to take place with a group of leaders in a large bank that has been challenged in their business transformation journey.
I see the emotional culture deck as an enabler for change and transformation. Would highly recommend it to any facilitator or coach.

So grateful to have great tools to inspire more meaningful conversations.

My team of 6 completed its first experience with the ECD. I used the 2-Hour Emotional Culture Workshop Plan and got the best feedback I've ever had from my staff! They are now energized to invest in our team's emotional culture and share with other teams in our organization.

I'm loving using the Emotional Culture Deck with different groups in different ways. It makes it easy to talk about the emotions that all humans experience and how to use these in workplaces in positive ways. Through this work people learn more about themselves and the people they work with. The strategies they develop together can powerfully change workplaces.
Helen T.
A thought-provoking way to be intentional and talk about culture! I tried it with one of my teams for the first time, slightly nervous about how it would go. But amazingly, it opened up conversations they would never have had about emotions, behaviours and experiences in the workplace. The feedback was great and several colleagues have said they would like to repeat the game in their local offices.

A great session on the employee experience workshop!
participants truly appreciated the role emotions play at work; Understanding that humans are a combination of the heart and mind when it comes to decision making at the workplace.
When participants went around the table first with a self-check using the decks, and later coming together as smaller teams do identify what members, departments, and the organization top desired feelings and undesired feelings were at work to increase effectiveness, engagement and performance.
Lesson learned by me and others, not to go with the statement: "leave your feelings at home when you come to work!"
As it does not good for self, others, and in turn organization performance!
Looking forward to the next session soon!

Love using the ECD deck in training, in culture club sessions, in coaching conversations and also with team and individual checks in and reflective/intention setting discussions! Whilst I love the cards being tactile and discussions face to face, they can also be well used remotely via Teams/Zoom and assisted by the use of post it notes. SO MANY OPTIONS!

Using the Emotional Culture Deck with my Executive Team has honestly been game changing. I walked the top leaders in my hotel through the Emotional Culture Deck and they have agreed on the top five feelings they want all of our employees to feel and the top five feelings they do not want our employees to feel. The next step is to walk through the ECD with the managers and then the employees before reviewing all of the information with the Executive Committee to make a final decision on our top five feelings. I'm really excited to get this project complete so we can start to have a language with our managers and employees that each can point to when they are feeling something no one wants to feel or when they are not feeling what everyone wants to feel. It's going to add an amazing lightbulb moment to our future conversations.

I absolutely love using the ECD both for my own personal use or with clients!
I find using the ECD gives both myself and my clients the clarity that is needed to understand what emotions are driving me to either pause , or move forward or change directions.
Denise H.
The ECD is a go to play game in my toolkit, my kete of stuff I dip into to open up conversations around work, team, leadership, life. How do you want to feel and not feel are powerful, clarity questions around what matters, what could be. It’s easy to flip those questions into any setting ; customer, relationship and uncover the hidden ‘even better if’s’ for people. From that co-creation of the ‘how’ blueprint emerges - sort of the rubber hits the road journey.

Purchased initially to assist while I completed the masterclass training... the resource itself is beautifully simple with high impact. The key to encouraging excellent culture building conversations. (Cards themselves are excellent quality so will stand repeated use.)

As a coworking organisation we are in a really unique position whereby we connect, serve and support 220+ people daily, yet they are not our employees nor are they our businesses . While we can’t influence their own team culture, we know through experience we can influence the culture and the mood and vibe of the whole community through our actions, the thoughts we share in comms, the design of the spaces and the events and moments we create. The ECD was not only a super fun team exercise, it was simple and refreshing and lead us down a path we hadn’t ventured before, which therefore drew some really inspiring and exciting results! We have used these as pillars that now shape each and everything we say and do internally and externally.

This is a magic!
I originally planned to have two session, one in HK and one in TW. However, due to the pandemic, the TW session cancelled. I worried a lot about HK session because HK people tend to be more practical and seldom share their feelings. However, when they hold the deck and saw the word, they just naturally share their experience and feelings. I got a lot of good insights and feedback from the participants and they do enjoy the session.
Thank you Jeremy for communicating with me a lot in advance so that I can successfully persuade our Leader Team to invest on new methodology. I'll share with you more once I successfully launch in TW :)

It was a great tool to get the team comfortable with being uncomfortable. It helped break down those barriers for important conversations to occur.
Saima K.
My staff in my former employer, felt really empowered going through the emotional card.
Michelle P.
A great way to get people thinking (and talking) about what is really important in a workplace!
Nadja P.
The cards are a wonderful way to speak up in an organization and an amazing inspiration for coaching!
